Today we talked to Rebecca Britt from The Stable Moments Podcast. She stumbled across our podcast and wanted to talk to us about our involvement with kids who have experienced trauma and ended up in the foster care system.

Her organization, Stable Moments is a mentorship program curriculum utilizing equine-assisted learning and community mentors to achieve life skills for children impacted by early developmental trauma. It was a great opportunity to talk to someone who works toward the same goals as us, from a different angle.

She has a podcast where she talks about foster care and how the principles of the Stable Moments program can help foster kids and foster parents that watch over them.

This is the audio from our interview on her podcast. If you are at all interested in a Stable Moments program near you or are interested in starting your own Stable Moments you can contact her on her website!

You can find her at stablemoments.com and her podcast at stablemoments.com/podcast or on Spotify or any of the major podcast platforms.
